Don Simpson of Megaton Man fame, and who’s a really nice guy by the way, stopped by on the second day of the con to pick up a Funky collection for his winter reading… and was nice enough to pose for a picture with it.
It was fun having old friends stop by, and also getting the chance to make some new ones. I also got to turn into a fan boy and do some shopping of my own. I chanced across a collection of Sea Devils stories that I didn’t even know existed.
I always enjoy the generous spirit and camaraderie of a comic-con and this year’s Akron event was no exception. It’s fun to be back on the road again.
