The Lisa’s Legacy Run is less than a week away. This run has become very special to me and I would crawl and my hands and knees to take part in it. Hopefully that won’t be necessary, but if you’re running next Sunday and you see an old man gentleman in his late youth crawling by the side of the road, give him a hand up and tell him it’s only five hundred yards to go (even if it’s a mile, tell him it’s only five hundred yards). And I’ve been holding out on you, not only do you get a T-shirt and a banana… but we’re throwing in a water bottle too. Holy smack! Does it get any better than that?
