Harry Megaphonecolor

It was created just seconds after the big bang. The big bang of course was the creation of the Funkyverse. “It” refers to the first breakout star to appear in the strip. The first one to— staying with the stellar metaphor a nano longer—go nova. I’m talking about that Himalaya of hubris, that Everest of ego, that Matterhorn of musical maestros (alrighty, I’m done) Harry L. Dinkle, the World’s Greatest Band Director. That’s his full name by the way. He officially added “The World’s Greatest Band Director” when he started teaching, and the comic pages hadn’t seen anything quite like him before. So where exactly did this guy come from anyway? Glad you asked, otherwise this would have been one of the shortest intros in history.
